Now that the madness of Hurricane Irene has passed and things are getting back to normal, (as normal as it gets with school starting and all) here’s 4 minutes of glorious Uncharted 3 singleplayer gameplay.
The video starts off calm enough but quickly spirals into a full on scrap for survival in a burning cargo plane about to crash. Judging from the runway level in the game’s beta that was available earlier this year, Drake narrowly boards the cargo plane, fights through the events in the video unfold, and then finds himself stranded in the desert. Action packed absurdity galore!
But how did Drake get there? Where is he going now? There’s not much to go on, plot wise for this game as the trailers available only reference some sort of conflict between this video gaming generation’s Indian Jones. As I’ve always found that the uncharted games have basically been video game versions of action movies I’m actually disappointed that there’s not much more news about what is actually going to happen. I want plot details! Who really cares whether or not the games physics are a significant improvement over previous iterations? With the graphical plateau that this generation of console’s games seem to have hit, this game had better be solid in the plot department.
Uncharted comes out this November, along with a butload of other huge title’s vying for your holiday cash.
